I use it once daily although it's recommended to take twice. It's easy to swallow being of a bigger size. It has better absorption than other brands,which obviously makes your joints feel better.

Easy to use and pour. Plastic cup was marked wrong for 1 Tablespoon dose, though. We simply used a kitchen measuring spoon and used a marker to make a black line for the correct dose on the little cup provided.

Bought this for my knee and neck pain. After 5 days of usage i felt way better than i have felt for the past years. No turmeric flavor so that's good. This is the best product i have found in the market that WORKS.

I take 2 a day at breakfast and feel fine all day. I've had both knees replaced, rotator cuff, and back surgery. This product helps with residual pain . It's worth every penny.
