Take it daily to help arthritis. I've been taking it for a few months now and have been able to reduce the amount and frequency of ibuprofen that I take.

I will use it to improve the health of my liver. The 1000 Mgs is misleading because you have to take 2 tablets to get 1000 Mgs. Also it is not clear what makes it have Ultra High Absorption
