Before I started taking this product, I had mild to severe joint pain and after taking this product the pain has not completely healed but has been more tolerable.

I have been using the product for 1 week and I can't say I see any noticeable difference, but since I stopped taking my other Turmeric product that is good.

I use this when I forget I need more of the powder and forget to order it, I prefer the powdered drink mix as I think it absorbs into my body better, but these still work when your out and your go to powder is sold out everywhere!!

I take Qunol Turmeric in the mornings along with my other vitamins and supplements. I like that I can take one pill and get the same amount as the last product I used, what I don't like is that pill is huge and sometimes hard to swallow.
