I prefer to drink it straight. That way I am assured to get every drop. I only gave it 4 stars because I just started taking it. I am using it to hopefully cut my OTC pain relief dosages.

I started using this daily about three weeks ago because of pain in my legs. My right knee hurt so bad that it interfered with sleep. After starting daily doses of Qunol liquid turmeric the pain was reduced significantly.

I drink this in the morning, with a cup of cold water. The taste isn't intense at all, at first I was preparing myself for an overwhelming taste, but not the case I found it very enjoyable with just ice water.
