I have been reading about the benefits of Tumeric and was looking for an easy way to incorporate it into my diet when i found this product at the store. I can't wait to start taking it today.

This liquid supplement is easier to take every morning than capsules once for anti-inflammatory purposes. I believe I need to refrigerate after opening. Is that correct?
