I usually take the pill form 2 times a day and usually forget. This Taste good and convenient because you only have to take it ones a day. My kids take it also and don't complain about the taste either.

Easy to use, would mix 15 ml with orange juice in the morning or in smoothies. Also would just have plain. Tastes great and really helped with my inflammation!

I drink this in the morning, with a cup of cold water. The taste isn't intense at all, at first I was preparing myself for an overwhelming taste, but not the case I found it very enjoyable with just ice water.
