It's hard to comment about the efficacy of a nutritional supplement but I tend to think that this product is of high quality and I prefer a liquid supplement to a powder.

Bought this for my knee and neck pain. After 5 days of usage i felt way better than i have felt for the past years. No turmeric flavor so that's good. This is the best product i have found in the market that WORKS.
