This is a great product. I am on my second bottle. It has really helped with my joint health, particularly my knee which I had injured a few years ago. Keeps it pain free during workout. I would recommend it to anyone.

What good is taking a supplement if your body doesn't absorb it? Great job adding oil. I can't do black pepper and most other brands add that fie the absorption factor

This really helps with my muscle and joint pain. I'm an avid runner and this works way better than ibuprofen or Tylenol and I feel great knowing I'm not damaging my liver along the way. Totally recommend!!

I take two tablets everyday for osteoarthritis . I feel much better now that I am taking this supplement. My joints do not feel as sore as they used to.
