I use it for general health, but especially for its anti-inflammatory properties. I do a lot of power yoga and running, and am old enough to feel the effects in my joints sometimes. This definitely helps.

The only reason I gave the product 4 stars is because it is not possible to fly with the giant bottle. I will need to keep pills for travel to keep up on my turmeric.

I heard a lot about Curcumin and its benefits and I have used the capsules but I wanted something that would get into my system a lot quicker. I just started taking it and I am very pleased with it. Tastes a lot better than I thought it would.
