I take two or three caps everyday, I honestly feel this helps ease the pain of my inflamed joints. I only have one kidney and nee to use natural things to help me with pain and this stuff helps me! Thank you so much!

This is the most pleasurable and easiest tumeric to take. I especially like that it is so concentrated. After only a week I can already begin to feel an overall difference in the aches and pains.
