It's 1 capful everyday. It tastes great and I don't have to swallow large capsules. It absorbs quickly and begins working right away. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone suffering with chronic pain.

I have tried quinolone turmeric for 15 days with no reduction in pain. A second 15 day supply purchased today with hopes it starts to work, if not I will not waste any more funds.

Tastes fine. Easy to swallow. Taking it for pains throughout body. Might be working but I have only been on it for a couple of weeks. Definitely easier to take than another pill
