I am very pleased with the liquid turmeric, as I believe a liquid is more easily absorbed by the body. Also, the potency is better preserved in a liquid form. I also take Qunol's CoQ10 liquid.

I drink the suggested dose in the morning. I have been using it for a week now and feel good overall. I showed my doctor the ingredients and he said definitely use.
