[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one softjels daily with a glass of carrot juice/ ginger/turmeric. I walk approximately 2.5 miles daily and I rely on turmeric to keep may joints working pain free.

I take it as directed every day. I feel much healthier. My doctor approves of me taking it. Thank you for a great product. I will probably try the COQ10 also when I run out of my current supply.

As a chemist, I appreciate the benefits of Qunol's superior absorption, compared with other brands of curcumin. I used this in my Chemistry class to demonstrate the principles of solubility. The arthritis in my hip went away after 5 days of Qunol!
