I have bad arthritis in my right knee and I take this for it every day. If I go a week without it (having run out) my knee will start to hurt so bad I can't even drive.

I use the liquid to supplement my daily consumption of fresh turmeric. Started consuming fresh turmeric rhizomes daily to get thru my weekly Marathon training.

I've o ly been on the liquid Tumaric for a short time, but I can already feel the difference. Used to take the capsule form and was great, but due to bariatric surgery, the liquid is so much easier to take. And it seems to react quicker.
