I have some difficulty moving and getting around I find this product helpful in that it seems to enable me to get around better. I would recommend this product to anyone who has like symptoms.

I and my wife have been taking CoQ10 for a year with the approval of our Doctor, I can not say I can feel the effect of CoQ10 but I did with Qunol Turmeric, my Hip quit bothering me and I can stand longer and walk more with no pain.
