After two knee surgeries I noticed a lot of stiffness and less mobility in the mornings. Also my hands no longer are stiff and aching. This is now a necessary part of my life!!!

Have been using religiously for at least 3 months. Can't go without as have sciatic nerve damage with L1-2 & L2-3 ruptured. The fact I have NHL Cancer I elect to not be cut on so this is my best alternative.
