I take it for arthritic pain relief. The 1000mg probably boosts the efficacy, but really, all of the Qunol products I have used are awesome! And the best thing is... they work!

I do not care for the taste of the turmeric so I mix it in with either apple cider vinegar and honey or my green's first drink because I know it is a good antioxidant.
