The capsules are a little large, I may try to find something smaller. But I love this company and have been taking their CO10 for years. So far I'm liking the Turmeric!

I use the Qunol Liquid Turmeric (1,00 0 mg) every morning. It has reduced some of the swelling in my body and I'm hoping with continued use I will notice more improvement. I have Fibromyalgia and Lymph Edema.

I began using this product after reading about it's arthritic pain relief. I suffer from bad arthritis pain in my thumb joints. After several months of taking Tumeric, my pain is significantly less. I'm very happy about that!!!
