I had been using a cheaper turmeric and it did help some. Once I tried Qunol, I can really tell a difference. I take the same dosage, but with much more relief.

I have been taking this product for 2 months now and it seems like it is working. I do a fair amount of bending over and kneeling and there doesn't seem to be the achyness that I used to have.
