I have only been using this product about 1 1/2 weeks and it has improved the pain in my knees. Really so glad that I bought it and will continue with it.

I take the Qunol extra strength Turmeric 1000mg soft gels. I suffer with inflammation. Can't imagine not taking them. Once in the morning, once at night.
