I have been taking this for 3 months and my osteoarthritis is much more manageable. It's not a cure all but I can do household chores easier and walks.

I use this Tumeric because my wrist joints are so painful. A rheumatologist recommend i take 1000mg daily. After a month or so a noticed i rarely use my wrist brace anymore. It's a miracle.

As with any vitamin/supplement, how would you know what affect it is having. Maybe I would feel the same if I didn't take it? I'm going to keep taking it because the issues I have with my wrist seem to be subsided.

I've been using this product for years. Stopped taking it for a couple of weeks and noticed a difference....stiffness in joints. Resumed taking it and stiffness is gone. Works for me!
