I take turmeric to help with my knee joint pain. Qunol's high absorption sold me. It delivers maximum benefit. Doesn't make sense to take anything else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the liquid form of Qunol Turmeric (which is delicious) but it's definitely easier to have a shelf stable capsule that is easy to swallow.

This is a good product with a pleasant taste. However it can be hard on sensitive digestive systems, even when taken with food. If that is not a concern, then I would recommend this product.

Love this! Helps me to sleep better. Less aches and pains at night. Helps me to fall asleep faster. Feel rested in the morning because my body wasn't hurting all night.
