Taking for 7 days, one shot per day..joints do not hurt now and I have more energy. My husband is starting to take it this weekend This worked quicker than the capsule..love it!

I would buy this product again. I have tried many different brands this is the only one that I find works for me. I have RA and I have tried everything out there.

Since I started taking turmeric my knees and shoulders do not hurt much at all. I used to take OTC pain meds almost every day, but no need to do so now
