I take the product daily after breakfast. I have been using Qunol for nine months now, after trying a variety of other Tumeric supplements o era the previous 9 mos. Just months before my 70th birthday, I walk 3-4 miles per day despite worn-out knees, which are my source of pain, often as I try to sleep at night. Your product has mostly relieved me of that pain, allowing the sleep I require w/o taking pain meds! I am grateful for this product, only wishing I had tried it sooner. Thank You

First Time Customer, and I have enjoyed the Qunol Liquid Turmeric's Benefits. I work Retail and walk on cement, 6-8 hours a day. Since taking Qunol Liquid Timeric, Orange Flavor, I have stopped taking Ibuprofen. Once a day in the morning and I have felt as good or better than taking 2-4 Ibuprofen tablets a/day. Since I starting using this, my knee, hip, and back are better able to withstand the demands of standing/walking all day as I am on my feet most of the day, as a teacher. Also, if I work out or go running, the pain in my knee seems to be less if I take liquid turmeric.

Not only does it taste good, it seems to give us all a little boost of energy too, and of course for the reason we bought it , we look forward to reducing inflammation in our joints.
