So I tried 2 softgels a day but hand still hurt. Began taking 2 softgels daily and saw immediate positive results. I've been on this for months and it's like a wonder drug! I am 53 and workout on an elliptical and treadmill regularly, it was recommended that I have a knee replacement. I chose liquid Turmeric due to the superior absorption. That was nearly a year ago and it appears there is no longer a need for a new knee. All my joints feel great!

I take 15ml a morning and I notice I feel better throughout the day than when I forget to take it. It helps considerably when im on my period, my cramps are less intense and less frequent. Also much better than taking the powder as this is already mixed. Flavor isn't great but it's not terrible.

I'm so happy this product taste good. I look forward to it being part of my daily supplement and really enjoy the taste. I've been only taking it for a week, but my skin looks great and bright. What I've noticed since I've started taking this product (on my second bottle now) is that I don't have near as many aches and pains as I used to have. It takes great and although I can't see the inflammation fighting benefits, I believe it is working...Have always taken the Tumeric capsules but I'm loving the liquid and quick absorbtion.

This is a great product, I take it daily and it helps prevent aches and pains that I used to have daily. I no longer take tylenol and other medications for pain relief because I prevent it by taking Qunol liquid turmeric. I also like the taste, its very pleasant and not at all what I expected. I have been using now for about a month and I feel so much better.

I have been using this Turmeric Soft Gels since November 2020. They have lessened the pain in my wrists a lot. Easy to take and no side effects that I have noticed. I definitely will continue to order as they have made a difference in my pain level.
