We take turmeric everyday to help with pain in my husband's hands and I take it for pain in my knee. You can definitely tell when we miss a dose cause your body tells you that you missed it. Taking steadily it helps so much! Would encourage everyone to use this product! Great product!

Here's how I make it: 1 cup almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp of ghee 1 tsp of liquie turmeric Heat ingredients together. Cool to drinking temperature. Add a dash of honey to taste. Yum. Yum.
