Take it twice a day, sometimes mid day also, depends on pain level. Been off OPIODS for at least half a year or more!! I have RA, OA, Cervical and Lumbar injuries, went thru a shoulder, rotator cuff and bicep surgery, migraines and sleep deprivation. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN SO AWESOME!! I tested the difference between the pain meds and this after surgery and THIS PRODUCT WON HANDS DOWN FOR EVERYTHING!! Pain level so much better, energy and strength better, and sleeping better!!! I would recommend this to everyone that could take this product if not allergic to ingredients. Backed by all of my doctors as well

At last! A liquid tumeric for my aches and pains. In the past I would choke on the tablets and the powder I tried did not mix with water unless boiled as a tea and I don't care for tea. So I love this liquid which tastes great just drinking it straight! Thank you so much for this product I will use for a lifetime.

Love this particular form for taking turmeric! I have tried the free samples of the powder that are usually included in the package and I'm not a huge fan (very strong taste). I find swallowing capsules so much easier. I've been taking this for over a year and have noticed a significant improvement in overall ability to move and a reduction of my joint pain. I have taken other turmeric products, mostly powdered turmeric in capsules, and I definitely noticed that Qunol turmeric has made so much more of a difference.

This is surprisingly tasty, which came as a very pleasant surprise. I've only been using it a week and I'm excited to see how well it helps with inflammation. I've been wanting to try turmeric for fibromyalgia and was really dreading the nasty flavor I invisioned. Whoohoo! I can take this with no reservations!

I have been using this product for 45 days twice a day as directed. I had 24/7 hand pain from excessive writing in my career. The pain was tolerable at age 55 but got progressively worse. Tried other products for temporary relief with various levels of success. This product has completely eliminated the pain after 21 days of using this product. Occasional break through pain happens as a result of construction projects using power tools, and oscillating tools. Pail levels return to zero after a good bite sleep. Great produce. I have enjoyed the CoQ10 product and heard good things about Turmeric. While taking my first month's worth of this, I found a noticeable improvement in overall feelings; lowered pain. I purchased my second month's supply and I'm looking forward to continued improvement.
