it seems to work extremely well - - my hands, wrists, knees, and hips are feeling much better with less inflammation. My only small complaint is the size of the pill - - it's a horse pill. But I'm willing to endure that, since it provides much relief. (Cost is pretty darn high as well!)

I drink 1 cap size as recommended on the bottle.. Taste is actually good compared to powder version of turmeric products I've tried in the past. I take Qunol for pain and inflammation due to Lyme disease. I also mentioned it to my Lyme specialists and he said it was good that I was taking this. He mentioned I should notice once inflation has gone down and I should have less pain in joints, as well as reduction in visible swelling. I am on my second bottle now and will continue to use this product. You may not notice a difference till about the 3rd week. Just like anything else you need to be consistent and give it time.

Ive been using this products for months now and have seen the benefits. I usually take the product in the morning before breakfast. The anti-inflammatory aspect of this product has helped me immensely. Before i started taking this product i had lots of issues with pain in my joints and it has reduced some of the pain i was experiencing. The taste is great. The only thing that i feel could be changed or maybe created is a pill form of this. It would be easier to take on the go.

The price per pill was lower than the brand I had purchased before from another large warehouse store. The different brands appeared to be similar with the exception that Qunol was designed to be better absorbed by the body. After a week of use I noticed a reduction of joint pain and have to believe that this is due to the better absorption qualities of Qunol.

I take 2 Softgels every day. The pain in my back has lessened considerably since I started this regimen. I have tried other products, even the one advertised highly on TV, and Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric is the only one that has helped to relieve my back pain to the point of being able to go shopping again. I will continue to take Qunol.

I'd been taking the pills, which are excellent. I think the liquid is better because it absorbs quicker. Since I exercise daily and since taking this no longer get sore. Yes, I do have arthritis. When the wet, damp weather sets in, I'm interested to see how much better I feel with the liquid

I am a Massage Therapist, and I use my hands every day. I've been taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric for about a month now and before taking it, I was thinking about getting a different job outside of the Massage field. Although I know the regular dose helps with the inflammation, I take 3 times the dose daily, and really feel the difference. Thanks Qunol!!

I've been taking this for about 3 months now and am very pleased with the results. My step is much lighter than it used to be because I'm not plagued by foot, hip and knee pain all the time. Although I'm still not "running" up and down the stairs like a kid I'm also not hanging onto the railing for dear life and pulling myself up them at the end of the day. All in all a WIN;

Surgery had been recommended but I didn't want to go that route unless absolutely necessary so I had been taking ibuprofen all day long for the pain. Now I only use the Liquid Turmeric and​ my pain has subsided.
