I normally have access to fresh turmeric but do not at this time. I bought this with hesitation and have been quickly and pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Not only is the flavor good but my arthritis and other little aches felt better in a matter of days.

I had been taking another brand of capsules turmeric and although it somewhat helped, I noticed a big difference after starting this once daily. I had a very throbbing pain in my hand/thumb area for years. As long as I took this daily I finally got relief. I do notice if I for get to take it, I get the pain back. So, it definitely must absorb better.

I will take this product for the rest of my life. I have lived with chronic back pain for about two years. I was taking pain pills and had shots in my back and still chronic pain. I have been using this product every morning for about 6 months now, noticed that i have less pain in my joints and more energy. The only thing that I don't like it's too sweet, I think it's not really necessary to make it so sweet but lots of people probably prefer it this way.
