As I have had both hips replaced as well as my left knee I was encountering some pain and stiffness a day or so before the change in the weather. After starting the quinol turmeric 1000 mg. Once in the morning and the other in the evening the aggravation disappeared. After one week I reduced my intake to just one capsel in the morning and I remain pain free. I am not a pill taker so I was skeptical but I am living walking proof. I have recomended Quonol to other friends and they are also enjoying a better quality of life. Thank you .

I bought Qunol on a recommendation from a friend who was suffering from inflammation. I have to admit I really didn't think it would work. On advice of a friend, I started taking Turmeric tablets. Not knowing which brand to buy, I was encouraged by the anti-inflammation information on the container and the 1000mg per water soluble capsule. After taking two capsules twice a day for a week, I noticed an immediate difference in joints. Rather than awakening stiff and sore, I have experienced little to no pain in my joints, back and feet. It has been great. I have my 84 yr old mother taking it now to help ease the inflammation in her knee joints and she is doing better. The capsules are large but melt fast, putting the turmeric into your blood stream quicker. I recommend that everyone give it a try.

The taste of Turmeric is not easy on the pallet but I am pleased that I am getting my daily dose and 80% body absorption fro my 15ml of liquid Turmeric and the cost is not bad for the amount of servings you receive. My husband and I started our daily regime this past month and so that is why only the 4 out of 5 stars and I would like to try it for a full month first to see if the benefits are really paying off. If so, I would definitely buy this product again as the taste is not that bad and you can mix it with juice or water instead of just drinking it straight.

Just started using this a couple of weeks ago and have noticed a big improvement in pain and discomfort level in my lower back and knees. I have not had to take any Aleve for several days now. I have not noticed any side effects or problems. My family doctor recommended this to me just recently, and I am so glad he did. I am 67 years old and still very active and working full time. The taste it's way better than I expected to be. It's only been a few days since I began taking it since I suffer of sciatic pain- the pain has been decreasing. I hope that as I continue taking the liquid Turmeric I will continue to improve as well:)
