It was the only thing I added to my daily regime for a 4 or 6 month time and when I got back to a regular exercise schedule I noticed something missing. It was achy joint's and I was able to get going in the morning much more quickly. For me it feels like a small miracle..I cant believe how much better, more fluid I feel and THAT makes me want to get out there and do more..At 54 yrs old...that matters!!!

Within about 2 weeks it was apparent that it was definitely helping my pain. Back to taking it and looking forward to getting relief again.

My fingers always feel tight and stiff and I have a lot of pain in my hand especially around the thumb. I took two softgels the first night I had this product, Within a few hours my hands already started feeling better. We take two soft gels with dinner. We know we are doing great things for boosting our immune systems. With everything going on now we feel it is a necessity to keep our bodies the edge if we accidentally get exposed to any thing. We are protecting ourselves and you can't put a price on that.

I have been taking Tumeric in the form of curcumin pills to help with an tendonitis and some other issues without much improvement. Once I starting taking the liquid Turmeric, I immediately noticed an improvement and so did my physical therapist who asked what changed?
