I like the taste and it is easy to use. I have used turmeric oil and capsules but ti make sure the turmeric really gets into my system, I feel most secure with the Quinoa brand.

The pain in my shoulders is so bad, at times, that I can't even turn over in bed. Since I've started the Qunol Turmeric the pain has subsided tremendously. I am able to sleep at night and although my hands are weak and the pain is substantially less.

I began taking two tabs daily after I started having trouble with the "snap, crackle and pop" knees on both sides. I also noticed some pain when going up and down stairs which I do 5 to 7 times daily. Within a month, the discomfort was seriously diminished and I now navigate stairs with basically no pain. I mix it with Qunol CoQ10 and and all my other liquid vitamins with water and that is my sports drink in the morning. When I don't take it for a few days I notice the inflammation comes back. So I bought a years supply. I don't ever want to be without it. When all my other friends are complaining of aches and pains.... I tell them to get Qunol Liquid Turmeric and take it every day.

I began experiencing arthritis and inflammation in my hips a few months ago. Ibuprofen didn't really work, and my daughter found your brand after researching online. Initially, I took one soft gel but did not experience improvement, so I began taking two soft gels daily. About two weeks into taking two soft gels daily, I began to feel less soreness, less stiffness, and better range of motion in my hip. I'm not 100% back to how I used to be, but I feel better.
