I love the taste and glad I have less capsules to swallow during morning regiment. I have been taking tumeric capsules for some time now and believe benefits of using liquid form absorb faster.

After using this product for two weeks I started feeling less pain and increased movement especially at my knees and feet. I walk and bend alot in my job and from time to time experienced leg cramps as well. This product eliminated my leg cramps and I had less tightness in my feet and ankles. Love this product!

I had been taking for awhile and my knees were manageable. Ran out of product. I was so frustrated with my knee discomfort. While shopping one day ran into this product and thought that's why my knees started hurting again, I haven't been taking. . I am back on this for life. A great anti inflammatory. I'd been taking the pills, which are excellent. I think the liquid is better because it absorbs quicker. Since I exercise daily and since taking this no longer get sore. Yes, I do have arthritis. When the wet, damp weather sets in, I'm interested to see how much better I feel with the liquid
