Just took my first swig. So far so good, tastes like Turmeric but in a good way. I am a veteran of Turmeric supplementation, I've tried ever brand of powder, capsules and now this liquid form. I'll update the review once I've got a chance to experience it more, but first impression is good!

I use to take the capsules or use the spice but I haven't gotten as much relief as much as taking it in liquid form. I give it to my children daily and I take it as well (twice a day). My chronic pain has went away and with the weather changing, we have not gotten a cold or flu. I'm a wellness family nurse practitioner and I also recommend my patients to Qunol's products too! I've also tried other Qunol's products, which are also equally effective and taste well.

I suffer from osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondilitis. My rheumatologist recommended that I begin taking Turmeric as a daily supplement. Since I have started, I have substantially fewer days with pain. I will take this supplement for the remainder of my days.

I take one shot every morning, doesn't have to be mixed with anything. Currently, looking for creative ideas to use this as a hot latte for fall!
