I've used this product for 6 years and it helps me deal with joint pain. I do not go to the doctors for medication, I just take tumeric loyally and when I am hurting financially and can't afford it for a couple of weeks I feel the difference immediately. I highly recommend this and I do to anybody who will listen, including my family doctor.

I use this product on a daily basis for inflammation. It is easier to use than having to take pills and I can mIx it in any liquid product that I drink. For individuals who have difficulty swallowing pillls this is a life saver Additionally many drug stores only sell 500 mg Turmeric pills so you have to swallow 2 as compared to this product which is in 1000 mg doses.
