I had been taking for awhile and my knees were manageable. Ran out of product. I was so frustrated with my knee discomfort. While shopping one day ran into this product and thought that's why my knees started hurting again, I haven't been taking. . I am back on this for life. A great anti inflammatory. Never be without this product. It tastes great too.

My brother swore by turmeric, so started out with a different brand and the capsules were so big I couldn't swallow them. Found the liquid from Qunol and started using that. Liked it a lot but after several bottles noticed that the flavor had changed. Now taking the gel caps and like very much. Does help with arthritis stiffness and ache.

I am 72 years old and have had several surgeries over the years. As a result I have arthritis all over which causes a lot of joint pain and discomfort. Since I started taking one 1000mg tumeric capsule a day at bedtime I have noticed a big difference in my joint pain and discomfort which results in a more restful night.

I love this product because its made from quality grade ingredients and its premium tumeric. I like that its absorbed immediately because its liquid form, it also tastes great, keep it in the fridge so its chilled, fill 1/2 of cup provided and drink.
