The softgels are humongous, and I usually have an issue with swallowing daily and I do. But the benefits totally outweigh how large these tablets are. It's important to be able swallow so much so that it works properly. And it does. I am so excited for my new life. I can get up in the mornings without being stiff, I can get around better. I don't dread walking down the block anymore. Qunol has given me a new life.

I have RA and take many anti-inflammatory products and curcuminoids are a part of it. All of them together has kept my RA progress slower and curcuminoids in this high dosage convenient form has helped. Thanks for making it easy for me to get my curcuminoids!!

my knee was in so much pain , I look in the internet for help and what was causing it. well it could be so many things so check for some remedies . My wife bought it because I guess it helps with inflammation so we take it after our workouts and it seems to help with achy joints. I only care that's it orange. It also happens to taste real good too. A special bonus if you like to put orange things in your mouth.

I have been taking this product for approx 1 month now and can attest to a noticeable improvement. I don't have the aches and pains that I had prior, and my energy has increased. There are no 'after-effects" (ie burping) from taking the capsules whereas other brands, that I previously tried, did have negative results
