I have been taking this for a couple weeks now and I definitely see a difference in my aches and pains when I get out of bed in the morning. I follow the recommendations and take 1 TBSP each night before bed. I have known for a long time that I want/need to use turmeric but didn't know how to go about it the right way....use a lot of the seasoning or the pill form etc. I enjoy the taste of this and makes it so simple to get my turmeric in. Thank you! I highly recommend anyone give it a try.

Have used other turmeric products and am trying Qunol to determine if claimed Ultra High Absorption improves my results. Will need several weeks to determine relative effectiveness. So far, it has been at least as effective as previous products tried. One thing for sure: the price is right.

My husband and I have been taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric for a about a month and take recommended dosage every evening before bedtime. Within 3-5 days after we started taking this product we noticed we did not feel the aches in our muscles and joint pain was much less. Have 2 herniated disk neck and back from deadlifting. Have had 2 spinal injections and 12 weeks therapy which help mobility but still pain which dr said is "chronic". Refuse to use opiates dr prescribed. Have been using Qunol liquid Turmeric for week now and last few days have had minimal to no pain. Would give 5 stars but want to try for 30 days for final verdict

I mix this in my HydroFlask w/ Water or w/ my Chocolate Isolate Protein Powder During & Post workouts, & can Definitely Feel the difference! This product works beautifully as far as reducing inflammation but if you just touch the capsule (which you have to just to get it out of the bottle), orange gets all over your hands and everything you touch after that. You can't just rinse it off. You need to use soap and scrub it off! Its a big mess. I'll find a different brand.

I like the fact this is a convenient capsule that is highly absorbent. The benefits of turmeric are great, but you need a liquid for max absorption. The liquid version is good (and actually tastes pretty good), but not as convenient since you have to refrigerate it and measure out each serving. The capsules are liquid, convenient, and highly absorptive.

I started taking the liquid Turmetic and have noticed the regarding immflation and more mobility of my knee. The produce has a pleasant taste and is palatable without having to add it to water. It taste like orange with a slight kick to it. I like to hav an option since I have a hard time taking pills.
