I actually follow directions, two per day. Very easy to take and digest. I bought three bottles and gave them to my sisters. I am waiting for one of my sisters to let me know she likes it, the other two feel same as I do. They don't know how they got along without this. This made my day.

I just started taking this in the evening before bed. I like the taste and have high hopes that it will help reduce inflammation in my legs. So far I can imagine it working instantly because of the flavor. It seems like my legs have been holding less water since I started. They look better, but my weight has remained the same...which really isn't important if I look and feel better!

I am a 64 year old daily runner, who averages about 5 miles a day. A few months ago, my lower back and hips were achey. I read an article about turmeric, and decided to try Qunol Tumeric. The results have been incredible. I take two capsules in the early morning with breakfast and run a few hours later. My joints have never felt better. In the past I would add fresh turmeric to my cereal in the morning. Because I ended up with a bad episode with sepsis I decided to start taking the capsule form. I do not know if it was the fresh root but I did not want to take a chance. I am very happy with the capsule form. TY

This product has help me tremendously. I workout with weights 5x per week. I suffer from muscle pain and stiffness due to inflammation. Sometimes it keeps me from working out. Since I have been taking Turmeric Extra Strength, it has allowed me to feel normal again and am able to push through my workouts with little to no discomfort.

I have a problem swallowing and tried chewable Turmeric. YUCK. But it really helped my joints. Especially my hands. I was told the liquid formulas taste like dirt and the pills are huge. Saw the soft gel and decided to give your product a try. No problems swallowing because the capsules are narrow and long, not fat and short. Excited to see how it works. The last formula I used had Black Pepper which was important for absorption.

I started on Qunol Turmeric about a month ago and can already feel the results. I was have early pain in my knees and since taking Qunol have noticed significantly less pain and discomfort. Although not a stated benefit I also feel I have more energy and can take longer walks now without pain.
