I ussually take 1000 mg every day in the morning after breakfast. It helps with the inflammation. A few years ago my doctor gave me a bottle of this brand Qunol Turmeic for my liver inflammation. After 15 days taking the turmeric along with meals seasoned with ground turmeric, the inflammation decreese considerably, and a month later it disappeared. Since then, I buy the product when I have enough money.

I suffer from early onset arthritis and bunions but live a very active lifestyle. Turmeric has become a necessary daily supplement for me to maintain my quality of life while remaining active. This is by far my favorite turmeric supplement and I 100% recommend it for chronic inflammation!

I've used turmeric tablets in the past, for an arthritic ankle, & have been pleased. I'm eager to see how the Liquid Qunol version compares! So far, it's good, but I'll report back after using it longer. I like the taste, & that it's not another tablet (or TWO!)

My knees usually ache after my daily jogging routine due to a training injury from a few years ago. I could literally feel the difference in my joints a few minutes after taking Qunol Turmeric for the first time. After a few days of using it, I can already see an improvement in my performance and my recovery time afterwards. It tastes kinda like turmeric, however the orange flavor really helps to mask it. I take 2 pills a day and my everyday pains seem to be less. I ran out for a few days and the normal age pains increased. I finally got to the store and have been taking 2 a day for the last 3 days and the normal pains have reduced to a more manageable level.

This is the most successful relief from inflammatory arthritis that I have found. I have arthritis in my hands and since using this one product I am pain free and there might even be some healing of the swollen joints. I can open jars again and in only 3 months of use can say this is the product making the difference. I take the recommended dose daily. At first I did not like the taste, but over time I am liking the taste diluted with a bit of water. I have tried expensive and rigid diets for over 2 years and not gotten this result. This is an affordable way to fight inflammation. I will continue using it.

I have been reading about turmeric, and especially, it's various forms for human consumption. It appears that the liquid form allows for better integration into the body. After having taken the gelcaps for some time now, I was concerned as to the taste of the liquid. It turns out to have a pleasant taste and no aftertaste, even when taken straight. That sold me. Still convenient, and better absorption. Done deal!

I bought this a while back when my plantar fasciitis was so bad I could hardly walk. I had tried all the recommended treatments with little to no improvement. It took about 2 weeks of heavy doses to get it bearable, then I continued twice per day until it completely went away. I continued to take one pill a day until I ran out, thinking I was good. As expected, about 6 months later it started to flare up again. I tried to ignore it thinking it would go away, but decided to get another bottle. I took one pill before bed, got up the next morning with no pain whatsoever. I won't run out again, plus I have noticed less joint pain in my knees, ankles and arm joints. I highly recommend.

I have found that this product does reduce muscle and low back pain after my workouts noticeably. It is easy to take as the soft gel capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. I have not experienced any undesirable side effects from taking this product for over two years now.
