My hands had a really bad case of arthritis before taking liquid turmeric. I was skeptical at first but after the 2nd week, its magic kicked in and since then, I haven't had any pain !

I can see good reasons for taking this less-than-delicious looking mixture. First, the liquid may be more quickly digested. Second, cell-level affects may activated more immediately. I think it is a better idea than powder-filled capsules, but the orange flavoring needs some further flavor development and the oddly oily looking surface of the liquid is not appealing..

I used to have constant knee pain. A friend recommended that I try Turmeric. I bought this brand and my pain went away in just a day. The liquid turmeric really helps with my minor back pain. I used to wake up every morning feeling a little pinch in my back. The pain went away after I started taking this product for 4 weeks or so. I didn't give a 5-star rating because the product's effectiveness and taste was inconsistent. I was really happy with my first bottle of turmeric. But the second bottle seems to be less effective (my back pain comes back from time to time). And the second bottle also tastes a little more gingery which I don't really like.
