About a week after trying this product I noticed a lot less pain from my shoulders, even had a kind of cool feeling or relaxation in my joints. I have had slight pain in my shoulders for years that I have guess I had just gotten used to. I am 56 and have had a dry feet problem for decades where my feet would get so dry that they could crack to the point of bleeding which would hurt to walk. Not sure if it is the reason but since I have been taking Qunol Turmeric Softgels, my feet have not been anywhere near as dry with no open cracks. I can walk on our ceramic floors barefoot without feeling like I could slip. Have enjoyed the results of taking this product.

I've used this product for 6 years and it helps me deal with joint pain. I do not go to the doctors for medication, I just take tumeric loyally and when I am hurting financially and can't afford it for a couple of weeks I feel the difference immediately. I just purchased the product over the weekend, so I don't have any results to report yet. However, the taste is pretty good. I have a problem swallowing pills and have been looking for a high quality liquid turmeric for quite some time. I will be happy to post a follow up in about a month.

I like the softgel capsules because of the convenience of taking a gel capsule, no mess no need to have a utensil to administer the turmeric. You can easily take a few capsules with you when traveling so no need to take the entire contents of a bottle. There is no aftertaste which I prefer. A good product that is easy to take.

What else can I say . . . This product helps so much with inflammation I can't even begin to tell you. Before finding this liquid, I took capsules but it was not the same. I have a lot of allergies and inflammation tends to visit me on a regular basis. Since taking this and CoQ10 the inflammation is gone and my joints don't ache like before. Please don't ever discontinue the liquids. This goes well in smoothies, protein drinks or just by itself. It doesn't have a bad taste like many other products.
