This product helps make staying healthy even easier. Just adding one serving to some cold water at the start of the day and the extra support begins. It says for inflammation but turmeric has so many other preventions including cancer! I'm sure it can also be added to your food just like the powder.

We both gave it a try and have added to our daily regimen of supplements. I have found that it helps me with soreness after my workout routine at the gym. About the time I started taking the Turmeric, I started getting stomach cramps everyday. Not normal for me. I forgot to take the pills for a few days. Started taking the Tumeric again, and started getting the cramps again. The cramps were rather bad. Stopped taking the pills again, and the cramps stopped occurring, so I think I am going to have to stop taking the pills permanently.

This product has literally let me walk again. I have been having trouble with my knee since the end of May and have had shots and fluid draining done and figured surgery was my next step. My husband had bought some Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric and suggested I try it. I started taking 2 each day and after 2 weeks I noticed the fluid leaving my leg which was letting me walk again.
