I like that the softgels are easy to swallow, considering they are somewhat large. I have been using Turmeric for a couple weeks, but have not noticed any difference in my joint pain, yet. I am going to continue taking this product to make sure I get the full benefits of the turmeric.

I began taking two tabs daily after I started having trouble with the "snap, crackle and pop" knees on both sides. I also noticed some pain when going up and down stairs which I do 5 to 7 times daily. Within a month, the discomfort was seriously diminished and I now navigate stairs with basically no pain. The snap, crackle and pop is also dramatically improved and I continue to take the Turmeric. I have also taken the Qunol COQ10 for a couple of years now and both products are superb.

I take three 1000 mg. Tablets , one at night and two in the morning, I had severe pain in lower back from when broke it, this was causing pain in my right leg, I've been taking Qunol for about two months it's amazing the pain is gone. My chiropractor recommend turmeric for my inflammation. I recommend this product to anyone who is dealing with inflammatory pain.

We use it once per day. We were worried about the strong flavor of turmeric but were pleasantly surprised with this great tasting product. Just bought it recently therefore unsure of the effectiveness but we knew about the anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric therefore trust that it will do its job.

Very tasty and lightly sweet and bright orange flavor. It will stain...which I find out when I first opened it because the seal is very tight and has a small plastic tab your supposed to pull. The bottle snapped back because I had to use a bit of force to open it and the deep yellow liquid splattered all over my floor and clothes. So be careful when opening as the bottle is quite full.

I typically use 2 tablets a day and don't feel the need for any other pain relief medication. I will continue to use Turmeric by Qunol probably until a more effective alternative hits the market.

After years of wear and tear on my body the winters in Minnesota were getting tougher to manage. My normal maintenance wasnt working as well so it was suggested to me to try Turmeric. I didnt see anything changing until about week 4 of taking Turmeric. I was pleasantly surprised! It reduced most of my aches and pains along with the occasional swelling of joints.
