My wife and i are in our 50's and both starting to experience old people joint pain, especially in our hands. I bought this on a whim and both my wife and i tried it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an old distance runner (60+) and have had some injuries and surgeries. I have a metal liner in my left hip joint and a metal rod that runs the full length of my lower right leg I have run 4 marathons since the accident that resulted in my right leg problem, but have been unable to run much since the hip surgery, 3 or 4 miles a day only 3-4 times a week. My hope is that the liquid turmeric will help. It is too early to tell, though as I just took my first dose today.
