I take one every day. I started it because I am 72 and the pain in both my knees was making it difficult to walk. Doctors couldn't do anything . After reading about your product I decided to try it. after about one month the pain in my knees was all most gone, I continued taking one /day and now after 2 months I am pain free.

It is easy to take, and very quickly to show results. At age 70, I have arthritis in my extremities and vascular/cardiac problems. I have noticed relief within a very short time. Taking the higher CoQ10 at the strength recommended is easily tolerated.
