I was a previous Paramedic and my husband is a career firefighter. My daughter suggested Turmeric to us but it took shopping around and trying before finding Qunol to notice a positive difference. Within 3 days, my pain levels went from 10( where I was barely able to walk and using my cane) to a 3 ( only because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia). Free of many of the things I do not want in a Tumeric supplement such as dairy, fish, wheat, and especially soy since I am using this for my prostate and soy raises estrogen and that is not good for keeping the prostate size under control. I trust Qunol products.

I didn't realize how great this product was until one of my exercise partners asked me about my shoulders and hands were feeling since I hadn't mentioned them. I had completely forgotten about the pain since there wasn't any. Then I remembered that I had started taking the liquid turmeric for about a week. I will not be without it.

I was pretty skeptical but because of my knee pain, I decided to go ahead and give it a try after hearing about the benefits of turmeric. About a month in, my knees felt good but I wasn't completely sold that it was the numeric working so I stopped taking it for about a week.
