I was beginning to experience stiffening and discomfort in my joints and taking this product consistently has really helped. I like the gel caps much better than the capsules but I cannot find the gel caps for the past year. Sorry they are not available.

Since I was already taking a lot of vitamins I ask my daughter in law to get me some while I waited in the er for an exray. My foot was swelling like crazy, after taking it the tumerc my swelling went down. I had surgery on my foot six pins and a plate put in. I wore the cast for 6 months then a boot for 3 month my doctor was amazed I never had issues with swelling in my foot. I was a previous Paramedic and my husband is a career firefighter. My daughter suggested Turmeric to us but it took shopping around and trying before finding Qunol to notice a positive difference.
