I like the fact this is a convenient capsule that is highly absorbent. The benefits of turmeric are great, but you need a liquid for max absorption. The liquid version is good (and actually tastes pretty good), but not as convenient since you have to refrigerate it and measure out each serving. The capsules are liquid, convenient, and highly absorptive.

As an active duty service member with 24+ years beating up the body I think I can speak to wanting a product that can relieve inflammation and pain.I have been dealing with numerous injuries to the back (disks) knees, shoulders, hips, feet, and everyday pain. I had been taking turmeric in the pill form and happened upon this product. I'm about 3/4 of the way through this bottle and I have to say I have noticed a difference. I still have pain and always will but I have significantly noticed a difference. I stopped all other pain relievers and vitamins to gauge the effectiveness of this product and it does work. Eventually I will also resume those to find the right combination to further reduce my pain. I personally like the taste (reminds me of sweet potato with a hint of pepper). I recently purchased for my mother's swollen ankles caused by a prescription side effect and for our surprise the next morning after her ankles receded back to close to normal. I'm very please with the product statements and ha helped with inflammation of the knees.

I have used, and also give my husband, the Qunol brand of CoQ10....with excellent results on our heart health (according to my husband's heart doctor). After using the first bottle I was surprised at the relief I had in my feet I've been dealing with excruciating pain in my toes for over a year I got this and took one bottle and the pains diminished from my toes I was ready to have surgery now I'm questioning whether I should or not but I know that this stuff has made a humongous difference
