About one month in. Gives me energy and back pain I was having on daily basis seems to have mellowed out. Not saying this is for everyone. Only side effect seems to be more trips to the bathroom! Outside of that- great stuff. I will see how long term plays out

Previous acl replacement and follow up scope. I noticed several days after taking Qunol that my knee recovery from jujitsu was much quicker. I had not seen actual measurable reduction in swelling after taking other brands of turmeric until using this product. I also noticed cardio and energy increases while rolling. Both my husband and I have been experiencing extreme joint and muscle pain. To the point of hardly getting out of bed in the morning, after only just one week of using this product we both started experiencing relief. As long as I take my Qunol every day I don't have any issues with it. It also helps with inflammation of my right shoulder, as I have a calcium spur and rotator cuff issues. It helps with the pain as it keeps the inflammation in check. I just gave some to my son who has tendonitis in his right elbow from repetitive motions at work. I am anxious to see if it helps him.
