Based on my research this is a very good product. I take one of these along with one of Qunol's turmeric with black pepper. I haven't noticed any difference that I can tell, but I do want to do whatever I can to preserve my joints and reduce inflammation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Per the recommended dosage, I take one Softgel after breakfast and another Softgel after lunch. My muscles do not experience extraordinary soreness or inflammation since I included Qunol in my daily regimen.

I suffer with inflammatory problems, but since taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric my symptoms are greatly improved. I used to have major flare-ups every 2 to 3 weeks that would last a week or more. Lately I've only had a few very minor flare-ups, and the duration is much shorter. I love the fact that it is natural, and not a prescribed pharmaceutical.

I love this product! I recently switched to the pills over the liquid because the liquid was too big to store in my mini fridge. I was nervous about it working the same, but so far its had the same result! It also doesn't make me nauseous when I take it on an empty stomach (most pills do) which is a huge plus!
