Take 2 tablets every day Xtra strength. I have felt better since I started taking and I am now on my 3rd bottle. I like the Qunol products. Originally I took the Qunol CQ10 products and had very good results. So I decided to try the Turmeric and I feel as though it is the perfect complement to the CQ10.

This is a great product and has helped tremendously with more mobility of my arthritic knee. Before taking the Qunol I could not bend my knee to walk up and down steps but after a few days of taking Qunol I could bend my knee and climb steps and get on the floor on my knees.

I heard tumeric was great for arthritis, achy joints and skin issues. Taking this liquid tumeric daily has helped my joints to the point I hardly notice any aching at all. Taking daily has also helped to improve patches of psoriasis to the point people don't stare anymore as the flare ups are so mild. This product has become a new daily staple for me.

Several weeks ago, after reading about your product, I decided to purchase your Ounol 1000mg turmeric-curcumin. I have been taking one capsule daily since then and cannot believe that I no longer have any pain in my legs/knee and climb stairs with ease. The inflammation appears to have disappeared. Miracles do happen.

I usually buy the regular CoQ10. At my age I'm trying to get my health on check. When I went to Costco to buy another bottle and I saw the new Turmeric formula. Once I saw the words anti-inflammatory I had to get it. So far I'm close to a week of trying it and I feel pretty good. I usually stand all day at work and that can really inflame my lower back and feet. Standing has it pros but standing for a long time can take a toll on your body. Since I've been taking the new formula I don't notice inflaming in my feet or lower back as much. It's doing something! But I will have to give a better review once I finish the bottle. So far I like the new addition!

Since taking turmeric I have not slept with a brace. I have recommended this product to many people and I believe they are just as happy with it as I am.
